I was born in France and grew up in a suburb of Paris. It was there that I learned to appreciate art and the process of creative expression. I spent hours in the Louvre, Versailles and the Musee D'Orsay studying the classics. I moved to the US and graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Engineering. I never stopped my artwork. As an adult I have traveled the globe exploring different styles and schools of art.
I have always been captivated by art in all its forms. I have learned, and practiced using, many different mediums in my creative process. My travels and global experiences have helped me to expand my artistic abilities and define my tastes and eclectic style.
I have experience in lost wax cast bronze, cold cast bronze, clay, hydrostone, leather, oil, graphite, acrylic, silicon and wood-work.
I was once asked what makes my creations unique. The truest answer I could give was perspective and communication. Each piece of art is seen both from the perspective of the creator and the perspectives of the viewer. It is an attempt to communicate, without words, a feeling or a sense. To pull the viewer into a shared journey where our shared perspectives can create a unique and unspoken communication.
So explore my work and take a journey with me. You can choose if that journey is back in time to explore the classic civilizations, here in the present, or off into some imaginary realm outside of space and time.
This is the theme that drove me to create the Aeonosphere, the ability to travel through time experiencing the life force of creativity.
